Electronic Assembly with Box-Build Assembly Services using Full Turnkey Process
Full turnkey box-build assemblyThe clients product required the procurement of PCB’s (Printed Circuit Boards), a solder paste stencil, ordering of the components from the customer’s provided BOM (Bill of Material), and electronic assembly of the PCB using our lead-free auto pick & place SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machine and reflow process.
100% visual inspection and testingOnce the PCB assembly process was completed, a careful visual inspection was performed on each fully populated printed circuit board. Next, NSC programmed and then tested each assembly using the test fixture and procedures provided by the customer.
Following the successful programming and testing process of each assembled PCB, each board was final assembled into an enclosure per the customer’s specifications.
