- Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel or Delimited Text formats.
- Gerber files including the Silkscreen and Solder Paste Stencil layers.
- Pick and Place (XY) file.
NOTE: Minimum data needed for quote: Bill of Materials, Silkscreen and Solder Paste Stencil layers. |

- Please include one job per parts kit. Do not mix multiple jobs in the same parts kit.
- Surface mount parts can be provided on cut tape when our hand assembly process is used.
- Surface mount parts must be provided on continuous tape, partial or full reels, tubes and in trays for auto pick-n-place.
- Provide extra quantities of each SMT part (5-10%) to allow for additional parts consumed during the assembly process (only required if auto pick and place process is used).
- Bare PCB's must be silkscreened with parts polarity symbols, pin 1 locations and reference designators for each part.
