All Nelson assemblies are 100% visually inspected at each assembly stage and IPC-610-A compliant.
Nelson Specialties Company embraces the rapid advancements in technology inherent in the electronics industry. NSC has made a commitment to ongoing investment in training and new equipment to ensure the highest quality PCB assemblies for your applications. Production team members participate in IPC training courses while NSC is continually investigating new advances in SMT equipment. Our current auto pick and place operations with 0402 capability will be joined by new SMT auto pick and place equipment with 0201 capability in early 2015. All assemblies are subject to 100% visual inspection at each and every stage of the assembly process. The visual inspections will soon be augmented by new optical inspection equipment for SMT and thru-hole PCB assemblies. With the inclusion of the appropriate testing fixtures, NSC will test all assemblies per design specifications prior to shipment. Kitted projects are welcome as are full or partial turnkey applications.
